If you consider a conversion, before you contact us one of the first things you will need to do is to get in contact with the Police Technical Section. Phone them for conversion approval. An Engineer's Certificate is now required for all vehicle modifications.

The Commodore V6 3.8 litre is fuel injected and computerized. Because of the injection it has excellent off road capabilities. Parts and servicing are available all around Australia.

Some vehicles such as the Jackeroo, Nissan 720, Navara and Pajero have independent front suspension. With the marginal strength of the original gearbox and the lack of intelligent diff ratio, plus the position of the front diff, the only choice you have is to use the Commodore V6 and T700 combination.
